It was my fifth visit to Moonlight in the past circa 18 months. The choice of ice cream, waffles and cakes/mousses is great. There is plenty of seating, prices are fair and great portion sizes. The service tends to be fairly quick and location is great being on Wilmslow Road, we tend to visit after having lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending Moonlight to anyone, there are certainly higher end desert shops on the road but it's a solid middle of the road establishment!

Had a really nice experience at Moonlight in Rusholme. It’s a great place to go if you’re looking for a good dessert after dinner or just fancy treating yourself. There’s a really good selection of desserts, and everything we tried was fresh, tasty and generously portioned. The waffles and cookie dough were definitely highlights, with plenty of toppings and sauces, and the milkshakes were thick and full of flavour. The kunafa was also really good and came in a generous portion. There’s enough variety on the menu that everyone can find something they like. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the visit even better. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and it’s a nice place to sit down and enjoy your dessert rather than just getting something to take away. Overall, Moonlight is definitely worth a visit if you’re around Rusholme. Good desserts, generous portions, plenty of choice and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

What a good place to get you’re sweet fix. My kids loved it and so did I. Will be returning 💯.

Most established dessert restaurant on manchester wilmslow road curry mile. Downstairs open in daytime. Toilet needs minor repairs. Upstairs open after 7pm when more staff. Kids play area used to be good but gone now. Good value and high quality compared to others.
